RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused/unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns/exchanges must include a copy of your receipt. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

**We do Not accept order cancelations.

**All Face Mask Sales are FINAL and Non-Returnable.

FORMS OF PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal. 

 

SHIPPING:

All items are made to order - our print production time is 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). U.S. shipping is 2-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. 

Sometimes there is a delay for USPS tracking numbers to update. Your tracking number will be updated once your package reaches a USPS checkpoint. Please allow 1-2 business days to update.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Due to shipping delays with all carriers as a result of Covid-19, we are currently only offering shipping within the U.S. and Canada for the time being.

 

COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 there may be shipping delays on occasion. All U.S. shipping carriers (including USPS) are experiencing unprecedented demand due to COVID-19. We do our very best on our end to make sure your order is printed and shipped out as soon as possible so it arrives on time. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

 

LATE RETURNS:

Any item returned after 30 days from order date is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Returned items must be the same condition they were sent. They must be new, unworn, unwashed with no smell of perfumes, colognes, cigarette smoke, pet hairs, stains, etc. These returns will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you.

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns will be the customer's responsibility. We will gladly pay ONLY for the shipping involved in sending you a replacement for your exchange. Shipping cost will be deducted from the Refund Amount on returns.

We ship out to the exact address provided by you. If you need to change an address please contact us before we have shipped out your order. Once your order has been shipped we cannot redirect your mail to a different address, please contact the USPS for possible assistance.

We do not provide refunds for orders that have been delivered to an address that you have incorrectly given us. We place tracking and delivery confirmation on all orders. Therefore once a package has been delivered, the postal service will mark the item as “Delivered”. Refunds will not be provided for false claims of not having received items if the tracking confirmation states that it has been Delivered.
